Ian St John (born 7 June 1938) is a former footballer who played for Scotland 21 times and for Liverpool throughout most of the 1960s as a stalwart member of the team that won several major championships and was runners-up for several more. He later became a manager and pundit. In 2008, he was inducted into the Scottish Football Hall of Fame. Ian St John began his career at boyhood favourites Motherwell, signing in 1957.
