Повторите попытку позже. This is the summary of Frommer's Bermuda 2012 (Frommer's Complete Guides) by Darwin Porter, Danforth Prince.

This is absolutely the worst Frommer's guide I have ever used Very complete, even prices and addresses.

This is absolutely the worst Frommer's guide I have ever used. I have used Frommers and Fodors over that last 15 years of my life on trips to Scotland, Paris, Japan, and Finland. This is the first time that I am horribly dissappointed. 1. The info is old and stale. Very complete, even prices and addresses.

Darwin Porter (born September 13, 1937, in Greensboro, North Carolina) is America's leading travel writer, producing numerous titles, mostly for the Frommer Guidebook series, over a 50-year career span. In the 21st century, he became a pop culture, and celebrity biographer. Porter was the son of Hazel Lee Phillips, a fashion designer, and Paul Suggs, an attorney. His stepfather, Numie Rowan Porter, adopted him and changed his last name.

Was traveling to the Bahamas and needed to "read up" on what to expect. Always a great guide for everything.
It clearly profiles, hotels, restaurants, places of interest, maps, travel options and so much more.

wife was upset, no pictures. I told her to create the pictures but she was not impressed. It's in the drawer of our Sandals resort nightstand for the next individual. lol

This guide gives a very explicit picture as to where to go and what to do while vacationing in the Bahamas.

The Frommer's book is a very good source of info on the Bahamas. We're planning to travel to Eleuthera and needed more info. This book is a good addition to our research!

I am taking a cruise soon to the Bahamas. This book is giving me the information that I need for my trip.

It's early 2012. I figured a 2012 guide would be our best bet. Boy were we wrong. Of the four or so things we did and saw as a result of this book, three were way outdated. It described a garden in Freeport that the book said includes a petting zoo. That petting zoo hasn't been operational since about 2004. It says you need to buy your tickets at the Rand Nature Center for the Lucaya National Park. You don't. Glad we didn't follow that because it would have wasted about an hour. Also says nothing about the Grand Lucaya Resort being half-closed (some outer, older sections) and as a result apparently one of the island's best restaurants is also closed. Prices on certain activities were more than 20 percent off (indicating a long time since update).

You get the picture. Lonely Planet has never let me down. Now I remember why we usually rely on it.

Really would have likes photos.
got this just before heading out an incredible vacation with my fiance. It was so incredibly helpful when planning cite seeing and activity trips, as we didn't want to just stay within the resort. We had such a good time.
