Book by Dellenbaugh, David, Dellenbaugh, Brad. Great introductory guide to sailing for my better half to learn some basics of sailing before we got out there.
Book by Dellenbaugh, David, Dellenbaugh, Brad. It's good for terminology and general practice, but of course, no substitute for getting out there and doing it. This was recommended as a primer (now sadly out of print) by a friend if I could find it used.
