Jeff Cook is an American soccer coach. He is currently the head men's soccer coach at Pennsylvania State University. He started his career as an assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 1991, he earned his first head coaching gig, becoming the head coach at Division III school, Wheaton College. While at Wheaton, he compiled a 31–22–4 record for three seasons.
