Been collecting Theatre World/Screen World annuals for years. Gradually catching up on Theatre World. This is my 43rd.so I still have about 20 to go! Copies became difficult to obtain and/or outrageously expensive in Australia in recent years. But now with Amazon.com, so much easier and reliable and best of all, a heck of a lot of cheaper! This edition of Theatre World is unbelievably extensive in its coverage of Broadway, Off-Broadway and just about everywhere else in the U.S. theatre scene during the 2007-2008. Perhaps could have done with more photographs especially of Broadway shows. There is however an excellent 10-page color section. An indispensable guide for the theatre buff!

Every year I look forward to these yearly Broadway books. They are loaded with all the facts for every show that opens between June 1st of that year to May 31st of the following year. Also off Broadway and off off Broadway. So if you love the theatre the way I do, these books are for you.
