I wasn't enthused by this book to begin with but as I got into it and heard my teacher apply concepts and strategies through conversations in class, I thought the book really holds it weight for services marketing. Structure is what removes the mystery when a business is run. The writers of this book takes a very complex dynamic of services and analyzes as well as provides solutions to help businesses be better than what they are.
