Learned a lot from this book. Never really differentiated between African Americans and their manner of viewing political viewpoints.
The Modern African American Political Thought Reader is an important and timely resource for the study of African American History and Culture. Peniel E. Joseph, author of Dark Days, Bright Nights: From Black Power to Barack Obama. Learned a lot from this book. Essays were extremely insightful and i intend to re-read after completion to continue to benefit from these intellectuals.
