I just recently bought a second copy of this book as a gift for a friend of my Mom’s. He’s currently suffering from back problems, and we both knew from owning this book ourselves, that it would offer helpful advice.

Dr. Livingston, the author of this book, was my doctor from the day I was born until my mid thirties. He was an amazing physician, and this book puts into words the great advice he gave me on more than one occasion. He treated me after a car accident, and gave me many of the exercises to do that he describes in this book.

I highly recommend this book if you’re able to get a copy. They seem to be in short supply.
