Although this book is title Neuroanatomy it would be better described as Neuroscience and anatomy as it gives a good introduction to neuroscience while covering the main anatomy of the brain and spinal cord. This book was recommended reading by my medical school for our preclinical neuroscience module and many of my fellow students purchased this book and found it useful, as the traditional anatomy books such as Grays for students does not cover anatomy of the brain in any depth.
