Well I received the book and it looked in good condition-fairly new-if not brand new-but then I started reading and when I got to page 16 there was no 17-32. They said that I could return the book and get my money back-but I had a paper due soon-so I needed the book. It was nice to offer-but I would have prefered for them to just send a new one.
