Tell the Publisher! I'd like to read this book on Kindle. The eagle gave the first provocation in seizing upon the young ones of the beetle. The beetle got stealth at the eagle's eggs. There are exceptions, but most of the stories are only 4-6 sentences. The pictures are incredibly blurry and many of them are just gray blobs. This collection of 12 lively tales was created especially for teachers, librarians, parents, and others who tell stories to young children. Adapted from traditional folk tales and fables from around the world, these stories combine learning with fun. Although short enough to learn and tell easily, the tales feature interesting characters, strong plots, and satisfying resolutions. All encourage audience participation with chants or songs the children can join in on. With each story are notes on how to incorporate the take into the curriculum and enrich the children's learning experiences. And to enhance the telling, tips for using voices and gestures run alongside the text of the stories.
