I read this book back when I was in my early twenties, then lost it and have looked for it ever since. Reading it now, I understand it better than I could have back then. It has some great information in it, some of which is impossible for most people to follow.

The writer is a fervent Taoist and preaches his religion, which is fine and to be expected. I appreciate it, though I am not a Taoist. I liked the honest, confident tone of the book and am very happy to have it back in my collection.

It's a good book.

A wonderful book and a great aid to training. Practising Chee Soo's Lishi has transformed my health and life and I greatly recommend the book. I cannot believe my luck that I have found such a wonderful system. Lishi is a true joy and gift, a very precious gem. Practising lishi has helped me lose weight, cured my knees and helps me sleep.

This book is an excellent and profound insight into genuine taoist health arts, particularly the Lee Style's fluid form of Chi Kung energy activation - K'ai Men (open door.) The lengthy introduction is one of the clearest and most inspiring accounts of taoism in relation to the arts that I have read.
