Start by marking The Greek Tycoon's Unwilling Wife (Modern Romance) as Want to Read: Want to Read savin. ant to Read. Rubbish characters, rubbish plot, rubbish story progression, and rubbish resolution. Almost half the book was the first scene. I was so close to DNFing this book because it moved sooo slow. Andreas Petrakos is not only proud, he's sexy, rich, brooding, headstrong, angry and on top of this, he's suffering from amnesia, bruises which he's received in a recent car accident.

Weak plot, weak woman who seems to be led around by her, shall we say "desire" for a hot tempered man who is also led around by his desire for a woman he threw out of his home on their wedding day....get real. Not worth the money.

This book had a really great story line but it was ruined by too much monolog and flash back. This auther should try showing more instead of telling. We really don't feel sorry for poor Becca because she's always so tongue tied and can barely speak...dork. If you count the amount of actual dialog it would equal about two pages. Really bad and like I said because it was a good story I give it one star.

He thought she was his mistress...

Recuperating on his private Greek island after a car crash, Andreas Petrakos had no memory of the previous year. The last thing he remembered was his passionate affair with beautiful Rebecca Ainsworth.

...when, actually, she was his wife!

Becca returned to the island because Andreas asked for her. But she had to hide the truth. What would happen when Andreas recalled throwing Becca out-on their wedding day-for a reason only he knew?

Once again we have a meaningless titiel:
Greek
Tycoon
Wife
The only thing original is "Unwilling".

This is so worthless. Boy, I really hope the author doesn't read this. I know I've read some of her other stuff, but this was terrible.

The heroine was a blithering idiot who couldn't get two words out and when she did they were stupid lies. The hero, ha, was a cruel alpha jerk who, well, let's say that he raised the level of cruelty and rage to a new level. These two raise the stakes on one dimensional and annoying H and h. That's saying something for a Harlequin.

No evidence of love is seen between the two not even in flashback. All you see is evidence of lust which is not a bad thing but not in this venue.

This is the kind of reunion romance I love. Andreas Petrakos doesn't remember throwing out his wife on the day of their wedding a year ago. Yet she was the first person he asked for when he woke up after an accident.

Rebecca was never sure exactly why Andreas suddenly turned against her and she doubts the information that Andreas was asking for her. But she needs help for her baby niece and while he promised he would never give her love, she could have money for the asking.

I really enjoyed this story and the emotional roller coaster ride. The ending is very satisfying.

Kate Walker has yet again charmed her readers and fans with The Greek Tycoon's Unwilling Wife. Andreas Petrakos is not only proud, he's sexy, rich, brooding, headstrong, angry and on top of this, he's suffering from amnesia, bruises which he's received in a recent car accident. What this demanding Greek wants is his wife to nurse him, a wife he so hurtfully sent away a year ago on their wedding night!

A little over a year ago, Becca was sent home on the eve of her wedding, shorting after their marriage was consummated. As she was protecting her sister, she was unable to give an explanation to her new husband, one he would forgive! While I thought Becca sweet, I wanted to shake her.......why? Because she was so weak in standing up for herself, so weak with the love she felt for this proud man, it broke my heart! I also wanted to shake Andreas, make him see how much this lovely woman adored and loved him.

However, this is one of those books once you begin reading it you absolutely can't put it down! I'm truly amazed at how Kate, time and time again brings "freshness" to her stories, never letting her readers down.

You will love The Greek's Tycoon's Unwilling Wife. Keep tissues close by, you're going to need them!

Love is a double-edged sword. It can bring wondrous joy or the deepest pain. Kate Walker is a master of meshing both sides in her stories. She keeps you wondering how her characters will ever find happiness right up until the end. Your emotions will be mixed in with theirs bringing an incredible depth to her book. The Greek Tycoon's Unwilling Wife is a perfect example of her brilliant skills.

Rebecca must put her broken heart on the line once again. Her precious baby niece requires costly medical care. Swallowing her pride, she writes to her soon-to-be ex-husband asking for his help. Becca hopes that even though something changed the love Andreas felt for her, he would not be able to deny a child in need. Becca never understood why he threw her out of his life but when it came to her family, she would risk anything. Before Becca has a chance to explain the details of why she needs his help so desperately, Andreas Petrakos is in a car accident. His Personal Assistant calls her with the shocking news. Possibly even more shocking, was the fact that Andreas was asking for her.

Becca flies immediately to Greece. She fears returning to Andreas's villa and facing the memories of the horrible night when her fairy tale marriage shattered. However, Andreas wants her there this time and she still needs his help. Her battered heart would just have to survive the reunion. But once again, Becca is in for a shock. Andreas's memory was lost in his accident. He did not remember they were married. Obviously, he did not ask for her out of any feelings of love. He does not even recall asking for her at all.

Andreas was determined to be cautious. He may be strongly attracted to Becca but he has no idea how far their relationship has gone. His bruises are fading but until his mind clears, he does not want to risk making foolish mistakes. So why was he insanely jealous whenever she talked to his PA? Did that mean he considered her his? When his memory returns, will he be happy she is there? In the meantime, Andreas must fight the growing passion Becca's mere presence inspires.

Ms. Walker takes her characters on a sensual journey delving deep into their emotions. Once Andreas's memory returns they have to face their history. He is not thrilled with what the past reveals. Becca cannot give up or her niece will pay the ultimate price. She never understood why Andreas turned on her and it is time she found out. He definitely still wants her body. She must discover what killed his love and trust. The Greek Tycoon's Unwilling Wife is a dynamic book that is guaranteed to touch your heart.
