I make this explanation for the reason that without it many readers would suppose that all these characters were trying to talk alike and not succeeding.

Feb 18, 2019 Abdulrazzag rated it it was amazing. However, in this book, it was an actual adventure. Huck has the mind of a 10 year old, but knows how to survive by himself and with another person. I have nothing bad to say about this book. This is NOT the classic text. I read it out loud to my seven year old who had asked for this specific story. We did discuss slavery, abuse, lying, free vs slave states, kidnapping, and shooting.
