Rebecca J. Donatelle.

Rebecca J. Rebecca J.

Employing a behavioral management approach, this book is exceptionally comprehensive in content and theory, while at the same time providing the practical means of assessing and managing personal health behaviors. The book was in good condition. There were a few pages that didn't print correctly, leaving a line of white, but nothing that made it unreadable. The contents of the book were interesting, I learned a lot about health.
