EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This report informs Members of the matters considered by the Environment, Housing and Planning on 17 December 2007. Issues considered were: The call-in of the decision in respect of Seedley South Block Improvements and Houseswaps. proposed for the area in line with the Seedley South Neighbourhood Strategy. It is intended that the scheme be undertaken using the ‘Rethinking Construction’ approach. The work will therefore be undertaken by Cruden Construction Ltd, one of the Council’s two partner contractors for this category of work.
