This was difficult to appreciate. I like my poetry to have vivid imagery used and Charkes Dickens, although a good author, I found his poetry to be more like hymns, best said aloud. Being deaf, meh... It's ok.

I thought it would be more like his novels and stories. I'm not big on poetry--especially 19th C. Be sure to "look inside."
