Interns really appreciate this little book and wonder why its not used as a supplemental text book in North Carolina law schools.

I was very impressed with my NC Real Estate Law book. I paid a fraction of what it would have costed me at my college book store and received it in only 3 day's. The book itself looks like a brand new book that has never been used.

Excellent resource and reference! Continues to be a very valuable and constant companion in the administration of my parent's separate estates.

I just passed the North Carolina Bar Exam and recently begin full time work as licensed attorney! Immediately, I was thrown in to the real estate mix and had to learn real estate law really really quickly. I wish I had this book on day one!

The format is awesome. Instead of being an academic, theoretical book, it is very practical. Designed for a new lawyer or a student, the book pinpoints the essentials of practicing real estate law. The book even comes with checklists and sample documents.

This book is a must have for any real estate attorney in a small firm or just beginning. I definitely recommend it.

I used this as a textbook during my real estate law class. It's not bad; you'll get a pretty good understanding of real estate law in general. However, when I went to work as a real estate paralegal, I realized that this book only taught theory -- I had NO IDEA how to actually do my job. But I did have a general understanding of the business and the "whys" of everything. So if you are interested in NC real estate law, this is pretty good.

To get an even better understanding of the business, I would get my hands on any kind of rule/guideline book that the underwriters at the title companies use.
