Alexandre Dumas (1802 - 1870) was a French writer. I love all the books I have read by Alexandre Dumas, and this one is no exception. It has a great storyline, lots of adventure, and exiting twists and turns

Alexandre Dumas (1802 - 1870) was a French writer. Many of his historical novels of high adventure were originally published as serials, including The Count of Monte Cristo, The Three Musketeers, Twenty Years After and The Vicomte de Bragelonne: Ten Years Later. It has a great storyline, lots of adventure, and exiting twists and turns. The only thing I don't like, is the fact that it doesn't tell you why Roland wants to die.
