World War One: British Army (Brassey's History of Uniforms Series). This is a great book for those who are interested in the German Imperial Army. The German Soldier's Pocket Manual: 1914–18. World War II Winter and Mountain Warfare Tactics. It contains historical info on the uniforms and weapons used by the German Soldat of WWI. I was disappointed to find not many colour photos of the equipment and uniforms, however, this book makes up by its large amount of period photos of soliders and its few colour photos it does have which are excellent.
