S. Parameswaran Pillai or Nadakkal Parameswaran Pillai (1931–2010) is the co-founder of Indian Coffee Houses in Kerala with T. K. Krishnan. He is also the author of a history of Indian Coffee House, a worker cooperative.

The distinctive architecture of South India is a world away from the narrow, angular temple style of the north. On one side is north India, with its spire-topped shikhara temples, colonial customs and abundance of British and Mughal monuments.
