The book does a good job of viewing Pizarro and his conquistadores in a historically correct context, which is to say the Inca weren't too pleasant . The book was delivered in a timely manner and in great shape and at a fair price.

The book does a good job of viewing Pizarro and his conquistadores in a historically correct context, which is to say the Inca weren't too pleasant themselves at times and there isn't too much fingerpointing of who was wrong and right; it merely covers the conquest, men and events. Definitely recommended if you'd like to know more about how South America was conquered and the influence of the Spanish on its culture, architecture and peoples. It's a little hard to read - it's history and I'm used to reading fiction.
