Awesome practical help for arthritis pain that you can deal with on your own. Give it a try. Once or twice a day on the areas that bother you worst will make a big difference.

This book clearly runs a person through the acupuncture points which you can do yourself with your own hands to relieve pain due to arthritis. The exercises are simple and, although it is sometimes difficult to find the points , keep at it until you succeed. This book is a must for your health library.

I am 84 years old and have osteo Arthritis. This book has been a great help to me. I use it daily for exercises. the pages are filled with illustrations for applying gentle accupressure to hands,knees. legs and feet to relieve daily pain and discomfort.
