Even though this is really nothing more than the reprinting of a US Naval manual, it gives a good representation of the US Navy at the end of WW2. It shows a fleet unlike any that which will ever sail again and also gives a list by type of all active and lost to enemy action ships. A valuable reference book for anyone interested in the US Navy and WW2.
