Elinor Jane Barker, MBE (born 7 September 1994) is a Welsh road and track racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Team Drops, and for Welsh Cycling and Great Britain in international competitions. Barker is an Olympic, two-time world and four-time European champion in the team pursuit, as well as a world champion in the points race and scratch race.
